What’s the difference between an individual account and a team account? An individual account can have ONLY one member (the subscriber), whereas a team account will have a Team Leader PLUS multiple members up to the level stated in that account.
How is being a Team Leader on an account different than being a regular member? Every account has one Team Leader, which in the case of the individual account is the person holding the account. The Team Leader in each type of account is the only person on that team who is able to create a new project file for that team. Team members on that account are able to add items to that project file, including images, comments and other information, start discussions and create or edit whiteboards.
Can I have an individual account and be part of a team account at the same time? Yes, an individual can have both an individual (private) account and be a part of a team account at the same time, though individual membership is not required to be part of a team account.
If I’m a member of a team account, why might I want an individual account too? The individual account is designed for individuals who want to track their own individual information for projects related to a team that is not a member of Scrap Assistant Online or for members who want to have the ability to create new project files, task lists, etc., for themselves for their own personal tracking.
How do I pay for my account? Once you subscribe, you will be automatically billed via Paypal each month as long as you remain a member. Team accounts are purchased and managed by the Team Leader or the Designer for whom the team creates, who will then appoint a Team Leader.
Are there any charges or fees to the individual members of a Team Account? No, purchase of a team account covers the full cost of the members included … there is no additional charge for each individual member of that team to participate in that team’s workspace.
What if I decide I no longer want to be a member? You are welcome to cancel at any time by dropping us a line at kristin@scrapassistant.com with your name, email address and username.

What happens after I subscribe?
The next step is completed manually by the site administrator, who will set up your online workspace account. Once your Scrap Assistant Online account has been set up, you will receive an email with information on how to log in to your workspace, as well as how to add members to your team. This process could happen within just a few minutes, but please allow up to 48 hours before contacting support for assistance.
